This was two hundred years ago. One winter, a local resident went to the forest to stock up on firewood. But, wandering through the forest in the dim light of the moon, he finally got lost in a remote thicket, became exhausted and began to freeze, having lost all hope of salvation.

It was a dark night. As usually happens in severe frost, the man fell asleep. He was already on the verge of life and death, when suddenly a great thunderstorm broke out. Flashing lightning flashed brightly everywhere, as if competing with each other. The skies sparkled with different colors. The angry elements clearly illuminated the spring flowing in a ravine nearby. The exhausted traveler ran to the water as best he could. In the light of the zigzags of lightning, he saw that water was gushing out from under the roots of the poplar. He heard a slight murmur – as if the spring wanted to tell him something. In the light of the moon, the source shimmered and sparkled with silvery light, like a lit candle.

The man ran to the stream and touched the water with his lips. She was warm. He began to greedily swallow it, and the taste of the water he drank reminded him of his native village, home and family. After drinking and washing, the traveler felt that he was no longer freezing. He warmed up, his eyes became clear and pure, joy shone in them, and the strength that had left him returned to him again. A smile lit up his face, it shone, his mind brightened. The fatigue disappeared as if by hand. The muscles, tired from long walking through the forest, no longer hurt. He realized that this water was life-giving, and filled his flask full.

With fresh forces, the traveler was ready to continue his search for a way out of the dense forest. Glowing fiery streaks helped him see the area. Then everything became quiet. But he had already managed to look around and figure out where he was, and soon managed to find the road to the house.

Soon the good fame of the life-giving spring spread far and wide. Miracle water was used against diseases and epidemics, damage and the evil eye. According to popular rumor, in the last century there was a notebook in which evidence of recorded real facts of healing was recorded, but one day it burned down during a strong fire.

The water in the source is crystal clear, transparent, like air. In summer it is very cold, and in winter it is warm. The spring never freezes even in the most severe frosts, and plants grow green at its bottom even in winter. Centuries-old pines tower around. Previously, a monastery was founded in these places, and today the Holy Key has become a spiritual center that has brought together followers of all kinds of religions. Different faiths, different legends, but one place – beautiful, quiet, prayed for, preserved with love. Every day and evening you can meet people of different nationalities and religions here. Believing in the extraordinary power of the Holy Key, people drink the purest spring water, wash themselves with it and take some water with them for medicinal purposes. People say: “The power of water is immeasurable”, “The soul of water inspires the soul of man.” People call the Holy Key the fountain of youth.

Scientists analyzed the mineral composition of the spring water and confirmed that the liquid is absolutely pure and does not contain any impurities or heavy metals. But city dwellers prefer to think that spring water contains at least a small suspension of silver, which makes it healing.
